Every new client starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation with a board-certified provider. We assess your skin, talk through your goals, and build a treatment plan — no pressure, no upsell. You'll leave knowing exactly what your skin needs and what it doesn't.
What should I expect at my first visit?+
Your first visit is a consultation — we spend 30 minutes reviewing your skin, your medical history, and your aesthetic goals. We'll walk you through our recommended treatment plan, answer every question you have, and give you a clear picture of what results are realistically achievable. There is no obligation to book a treatment that day.
Is there anything I should do before my appointment?+
For injectable treatments, avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 5–7 days before your appointment to minimize bruising risk. Come with clean skin — no makeup necessary but it's fine if you have it. Arrive hydrated. For laser treatments we'll give you a specific prep protocol at your consultation.
Botox & Filler
Will I look overdone or unnatural?+
Our philosophy is enhancement, not alteration. We use conservative amounts and build from there. The goal is always for people to notice you look well-rested or refreshed — not that you had something done. We never push clients to do more than what achieves a natural result.
How long does Botox last?+
Neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport) typically lasts 3–4 months. Results vary based on treatment area, dosage, your metabolism, and how frequently you've been treated. Regular clients often find results last longer over time as the treated muscles learn to stay relaxed.
How long does filler last?+
Filler longevity depends on product and placement. Lip filler typically lasts 9–12 months. Cheek and jawline filler lasts 12–18 months. Under-eye (tear trough) filler often lasts 18 months to 2 years. Your provider will give you realistic expectations for your specific treatment areas.
Is there downtime after injections?+
Neurotoxin has virtually no downtime — most clients return to normal activity immediately. Filler may cause mild swelling or bruising for 2–5 days, particularly in sensitive areas like the lips and under-eyes. We'll always give you a realistic expectation before treatment so you can plan around any important events.
Skin Treatments
What is a HydraFacial and is it worth it?+
A HydraFacial cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and infuses skin with hyaluronic acid and antioxidants in 60 minutes. No downtime, immediate results. It's our most popular entry-level treatment and an excellent maintenance option between other procedures. Most clients walk out noticeably more radiant.
How many laser sessions will I need?+
Most clients see meaningful improvement after 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Deeper concerns like acne scarring or significant sun damage may require 4–6 sessions. Results are cumulative — each treatment builds on the last. We'll assess your progress after each session and adjust accordingly.
What is PRF and why add it to microneedling?+
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is drawn from a small sample of your own blood, spun down to concentrate growth factors, and applied topically during microneedling. It accelerates healing, amplifies collagen production, and improves skin laxity beyond what microneedling alone achieves. It's entirely natural — no synthetic ingredients.
